Middle School Student Fees – 2025–2026

Gresham-Barlow School District

We are returning to our pre-pandemic practice of collecting student fees. These fees help cover the cost of programs, activities, and materials that enhance learning.

We’ve kept fees as low as possible—many are the same as before COVID, and any increases are minimal.

If paying these fees is a hardship, you may request a fee waiver through your school office. Reduced fee options are also available for some items.

Basic Fees

  • $12.50 (Reduced)
  • $0 (Waiver)
  • Due October 1
• Yearbook (Optional) – $25.00 (No waivers)
• School Pictures (Optional) – Price varies (No waivers)

Class-Based Fees

• Band Instrument Rental
  • $75.00 (Full)
  • $35.00 (Reduced)
  • $0 (Waiver)
  • Renting from the school is optional

Athletic Fees

(Per sport: Volleyball, Basketball, Track)

• $80.00 (Full)
• $40.00 (Reduced)
• $20.00 (Waiver)
• Due before first competition

Other

• Tuition for Non-District Residents (Grades K–12): $11,139
